STRESS
AND HEALTH SERIES
LESSON 2
"HOW DOES STRESS AFFECT HEALTH"
Hi,
Dr Peter Lind here again, ready for your second lesson in the six part
Stress and Health Course.
Last
lesson taught the very MANY ways our blood pressure can be elevated.
What a relief to know these and again, to take appropriate action. What
a great way to begin this workshop by understanding entirely different
reasons for high blood pressure. As you know, this goes for low blood
pressure also.

Let's
get started today.
So
we're going to get serious about stress and health. Is that your
commitment?
What is your first
step to reduce stress?
What
is the very first thing you would do? What if you did something that in
turn caused even more stress on your way to become healthy?
I
could make a list for you and you could pick one or two things to do or
to change, but would that be helpful?
Instead
what I’ve done is prepared an entire outline…a
step by step process for you to follow.
There are certain things
you need to do FIRST on your way to reduce stress!
If
you don’t follow this closely enough you will add more stress.
You
know the people who go out for a jog and don’t come back.
They pushed themselves over the top—total stress
out.
There
are people you know who push themselves too far and end up sick for
weeks at a time! Don't they know their limits?
Instead,
if you just follow a few SIMPLE things at first, you will not succumb
to the affects of stress.
Before we get too far discussing
stress, we have to build up health.
The
7 Rules of Health Manual will walk you through a clear and easy process
of putting the pieces of your health back together.
This
concise manual will place you in
the BEGINNING of your journey to...
REDUCE YOUR STRESS AND IMPROVE
YOUR HEALTH!
