Causes of Stress
The causes of stress are many. There are minor causes of stress and there are a
few main causes of stress. It may take a lifetime to find all of your specific
causes of stress.
Stress comes from the external
environment in the form of heat, cold, noise, lack of oxygen, electromagnetics,
and toxins. Stress may originate from inside the body in the form of high blood
pressure, pain, tumors, or negative thoughts.
Poisoning, overexposure, severe infection, and surgical operations are forms of
severe stress on the body.
Geopathic and electromagetic stresses are newer additions to the causes of
stress in this century. These are from the advancing technologies we are
enjoying in our world but we are ill-prepared to deal with these types of stress
on a large scale.
But the body has many amazing regulatory systems that oppose the forces of
stress and bring the internal environment back into balance.
