Main Causes of Stress
Your main causes of stress can be found in the following list.
1. Structural Trauma or Imbalances
2. Allergies and Sensitivities
3. Nutritional and Metabolic Imbalances
4. Toxins and Poisons
5. Electromagetic Assaults
6. Emotional Stress
7. Poisoning, overexposure, severe infection, and surgical operations
Read through the list again and pick the category that is the most stressful.
Pinpoint the one
that you know challanges you the most. When we think about stress we mostly
think about emotional or relational stress.
Choose emotional stress if you can't decide on one. The cause of this can
be a highly charged emotional experience. It can be a current relational stress
-- a person! It can be caused by a nutritional stress (not a medication
deficiency!)
In any category of stress, a focused examination of it needs to be done.
Continue asking: What is causing that stress? Narrow it down to a specific
entity that can be seen, measured, and dealt with.
To help you with your main cause of stress, direct your attention to The Ultimate Natural Stress
Management Manual. This is the place to get down to the specific issues of
your stress.
