Exercise and Stress
In any case of stress, you have to be very careful when
you even think about adding exercise. Yes, exercise does reduce stress but it
also causes stress. Many people die while
exercising. So what's the relation and the compromise?
Exercise increases all the effects that stress produces. But like two waves in
opposition, when they meet, they cancel each other out.
Best not to leave this to chance.
There are two basic types of exercise: Aerobic and Anaerobic.
When you are stressed you should avoid Anaerobic
Exercising!
Because this places too much stress on your body. You do not want
even more stress than you already have.
So instead of weight lifting, go for a long, fast walk. Ride your
bicycle and hike up a mountain. Do the exercises that you enjoy doing and not
because you want to reduce your stress. That comes later.
The Ultimate Natural Stress Managment
Manual will give you the go-ahead for exercising. Once you get your stress under
