Traumatic Stress

Traumatic stress stems from an exceptionally stressful or a catastrophic life event. This causative event is usually so severe that any normal person who experiences falls to the affects of this stress. The stressful events could be any of the following:

  • Natural Calamity
  • War
  • Rape
  • Terror
  • Serious Accidents
  • Traumatic death of oved ones

A stress can be so traumatic in childhood that the mind creates another personality to deal with the stressful event. In adults as well, the mind and body can create physical symptoms that helps the person shield itself.

This is the ability of the mind to protect itself from dealing with the traumatic experience: physical symptoms are diversions to the painful affects of traumatic stress.

In any case of traumatic stress, a person has to go inside and diffuse the charge of the stress event.

This is exactly what we do in The Ultimate Natural Stress Managment Manual. A step by step process of uncovering traumatic stress and releasing the charge it has on the mind and body.
