Coping with Stress
The key to
coping
with stress is all about taking the time to do something that takes away
from the stress in your life. And not just once. Doing something every day. What would happen if you took ten or
twenty minutes every day to resolve the stresses in your life? It would
be incredible.
Find a stress-relieving hobby. What do you enjoy doing?
Could you: read a book for ten
minutes
every day? Tend your plants? Walk your dog? Take a nap? Breath
purposefully? Perform an emotional clearing procedure?
Coping with stress is about taking the time right now and doing something that
gives you more good stress-less time than you make for the stress-ful times.
Spending more time with good things in your life takes time away from the bad.
It’s time to find a stress-reliever ---
something you can do to defuse the stress build-up.
In the Ultimate
Natural Stress Management Manual we will find many areas of stress you may have that are sapping your
time and energy. Then we will design some easy projects that will help you gain
your life back.
It's all right here...
