Diseases and Illnesses that are Stress Related

Inflammation is one of the most important features in response to stress. Organs and glands increase the inflammatory response of the body.

The three hallmark structures are the adrenal glands, lymphatic tissue, and the gastro-intestinal organs.

But virtually every organ and every chemical in the body is involved in the reaction to stress.

The kidneys and renal system respond by altering blood pressure. The heart and circulatory system becomes inflammed. The thyroid gland produces hormones which intensely stimulate the metabolism of every other tissue in the body. The liver releases sugar, protein, and other energy supplies into the blood vessels. The white blood cells influence immune responses to stress.

The brain and nerves, pituitary, adrenal, kidney, blood vessels, connective tissues, thyroid, liver, and skin are all affected under the duress of stress.

List any disease and illness and it would have generated during one of the three kinds of stress: emotional stress, physical stress, and nutritional stress.

There are several disease processes that are highlighted in the ULTIMATE NATURAL STRESS MANAGEMENT MANUAL to show how the process of stress creates them.
