Effects of Stress on the Body
There is an order and a sequence to the effects of stress on the
body. Hans Selye said this many years ago. He said that there are three main
changes associated with the progress of stress.
1. Adrenal gland atrophy or shrinkage of the glands.
2. Hypertrophy or growth of the lymphatic tissues.
3. Irritation of the lining of the intestinal track or
ulceration.
These three effects of stress occur in varying degrees and ranges
of stress. There are many other effects that people may experience and depend
whether the stress is low-grade or chronic.
Acute, low-grade stress causes rapid reactions of the body and
the effects may dissappear quickly. Mild heart rate increase, rapid breathing,
sweating, skin rashes, mild emotional changes are all included in this list.
Chronic, long-term stress may cause the acute changes but the
body will show the effects of stress on the body in the changes Hans Selye
discovered.
In The Ultimate Natural Stress Management Manual the effects of
stress are outlined in a progressional process. Better than that, the causes of
your stress are exposed and you will find out how to remove yours.
It's time to order...
