How do I React to Situational
Stress
When the mind is focused on a particular emotion it is difficult
to choose an appropriate response to stress.
The mind floats emotions in and out throughout the day. In a
situation of stress our emotions are tested and the more un-refined emotions
tend to react for us.
The way we would like to react is the way we don't, and the way
we don't like to respond is usually the way we do.
To help rid your unwanted responses and reactions to stress, a
trigger or correction needs to be put in place to remind you that this response
isn't wanted.
To change a reaction to stress from one that you don't want, a
new emotion or feeling needs to be brought up and trained by your brain and
nervous system.
A calm reaction, a peaceful reaction, an interested reaction all
need to be in your emotional operation system.
This is what we deal with in the
ULTIMATE NATURAL STRESS MANAGEMENT MANUAL.
We will go through a miriad of reactions to stress that you can begin to
encorporate into you life!
