Negative Effects of Stress
Before we get too far about stress, there are two kinds of relative stress: good
stress and bad stress.
It is mostly the bad stress causing the negative effects of stress.
Distress
Distress is a negative stress. This is an insurmountable assault of stress on
the mind and body causing them to undergo changes when the normal routine is
constantly adjusted and altered. The mind is not comfortable with this routine,
and craves the familiarity of a common routine. Distress is damaging because the
body cannot return to normal functioning or homeostasis.
There is damage done from the constant production of hormones that are being
released in response to stress. The lymphatic system is negatively effected
under stress and these structures atrophy. The gastro-intestinal system become
highly irritated and forms ulcers through the stomach and small intestine.
These are just the hallmark effects of stress. There are many other symptoms
that occur that may be different to each person.
The negative effects of stress can be turned into positive,
healthful effects in the right circumstances. This is explained in the
ULTIMATE NATURAL STRESS MANAGEMENT MANUAL.
