Physical Effects of
Stress on Women
Emotional Stress
Physical Stress
Nutritional Stress
The physical effects of stress on women relate more to the
endocrine system; adrenal, thyroid, and ovaries, and the changes each of these
cause and one of the most profound changes is that stress can cause early
menopause.
One large effect of stress is weight gain and corresponds to each
of these glands/organs.
The stress to the adrenal-prone women tends to accumulate fat
around the abdomen. The thyroid-prone women tend to accumulate fat all over;
abdomen, arms, legs. The ovary-prone women tend to accumulate fat around the
hips.
Granted, there are combinations of stress that create these
changes; mostly emotional, and nutritional stress, but the entire body shows
effects of stress.
A change in lifestyle will be the most important task to take.
In the ULTIMATE NATURAL STRESS MANAGEMENT MANUAL there is
a special segment for women and how to deal with their particular
stress and there are ways offered to eliminate them.
