What is the
difference between stress relief and stress management?
I'm glad you asked.
Stress relief is a
quick way to find and reduce your stress.
Stress management is
living a
stress-less life. Stress-less? Not completely stress-less, but a whole
lot different than you are right now.
In The
Ultimate Natural Stress Management Manual
you will find your key stresses and learn how to neutralize them or
eliminate their effects from your life. You will learn how to make
better choices to keep stress from strangling you.
When you went to the STRESS RELIEF
tab, you found two ways to reduce your stress. They can be done this
week in the comfort of your home and your stress will be reduced
quickly. However, if you're like most people, there are stresses that
stem from childhood, adolescents and some from even last year that you
can't seem to shake. Exercise, rest, and many other stress relief
techniques will help considerably, but the stress will still be there.
Since you've come to
the STRESS
MANAGEMENT page, I'm going to give you a primer on how to
manage your stress. Ready?
How do you feel right
now? Do you feel good? Depressed? Sad? Anxious?
Emotions, I'm talking
about. Your
underlying emotions are the source of stress in your life. But what
about that person at work or home that always gives me grief? Yes, I
know about them. But its how you deal with them that gives me the clue.
You're responding to them just like you did from something that
happened many years ago. It's not them, its you.
You need to take care
of you and your stress will melt.
